GasBuddy submission requirements Topics should not be solely about gas or oil prices going up or down; they should have more substance. Relevant topics include: energy, clean energy, petroleum (oil, gasoline, other fuels), automobiles, transportation (primarily autos), vehicle safety. This article fits well within the submission requirements.

""California . . . has the most aggressive mandate: 33 percent of its power must be renewable by 2020. But that means the cost of electricity could rise 47 percent over the next 16 years." But what about places where the majority of the population isn't crazy?" We're not crazy with it here in Florida, but it's already up double in one area here in Florida. Maybe you should check out these two videos bro: Here's the 2nd one: Feel free to pass it on to others, not just here on GB either but those elsewhere on the net and that you know personally around there where you work and live. Everything will go up more along with it. EVERYTHING! Plan for your future

Hi geezrtek, Here's a copy of my post on the train derailment: The way the brakes work on a train is that it takes air pressure to release them. If there is no air pressure the brakes are set, stopping the train. Get it? Someone had to release the brakes (turn the air pressure on) in order for the train to "run away" the way that it did. I suspect that Eco-terrorists wanted this train to run away and derail, cause a big oil spill and turn everyone against rail transport of oil. I don't believe that they expected the train to derail and explode the way it did and all those people to lose their lives. But this was a man made tragedy, no a simple accident.

Good comment on (man-made) 'global warming' non-sense. Bud's?
