You can call the cops and they will give you an address to mail a check for $1.00 give time and location of toll booth and no ticket will be issued against you which could be $150.00 .I do this often ,I hope this helps.

You said that you can't make a right turn on red in your area. I've never heard of this before, only a certain intersections. If you come to Pennsylvania, you better turn right on red unless there are cars coming and/or it says "no turn on red" because otherwise, you will be the horn honked at you and/or flipped off.

I read on the computer that you can take right turns on red in all states, and in a few states you can even take left turns on red. I most states you turn left from a one-way street onto another one-way street on red.
