Interesting post. Thank you. Would you happen to have a link to that info?

Huh? Off the subject, I lived in NO for 5 years in the 70s. Spent a lot of time in Gulfport and Biloxi.

Nice to meet you. There are many places to get this info, here are only a couple to get you started... Here's the tracking by the US government: http://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=PET&s=MCREXUS1&f=M And here's why I am completely opposed to the Keystone XL. It will bypass literally dozens of refineries, cross the largest aquifer in North America to be exported away from our markets (and pumps): http://priceofoil.org/2013/07/11/keystone-xl-the-key-to-crude-exports-new-report/

Thank you for those words bigdipperMS, I'll get crucified as you have seen on that thread, but I'm sick and tired of this class warfare load of crap.

In 2009, for example, the people of Texas paid $163 billion in federal taxes, and in return they received $224 billion from the federal government in the form block grants, Medicare and Medicaid aid, and retirement and disability assistance - tea baggin socialists down there who talk about others
