I saw your posting of mid-grade $2.959 at Phillips 66 on Ansborough in Waterloo today. This station doesn't sell a 89 octane product. E10 is 87 octane and labeled regular, and there is regular 87 octane that is pure gas.
I've started posting everyone's E10/87 price as Regular, and posting a note of "Pure Gas87" with price if the station sells it. (Caseys, HyVee and others are still labeling their E10 as super or plus even though it no longer is 89 octane -- they need to relabel pumps and signs in my opinion).
