It will probably be gone by the time you get this, but I did post over on the Utilities/Win XP article to the folks who haven't bothered to read the guidelines.

Don't misunderstand. I have no issue with posting off-topic news articles. However, I'm tired of people posting "what does this have to do with gas prices?" when the guidelines clearly state they want news articles OTHER than those related to gas prices. It tells me that these people haven't read the guidelines. My point was that this may have been an article that didn't meet the broad topic allowance. As for the "CarPlay" topic, it qualifies under the categories of automobiles and/or transportation.

Howdy Phil! Gulf of Mexico oil seepage rate is about 140,000 tonnes per year (ranging from 80,000 to 200,000 tonnes per year). One tonne is equivalent to 7.5 barrels of oil, therefore, every year, about 600,000 to 1,500,000 barrels of oil seeps naturally into the Gulf of Mexico. That's EVERY year PhilMils. Now, the US Government says BP leaked 4.2 million bbls with more likely correct estimates of 2.5 million bbls. Just what math did you use to come up with "many thousands of times worse than natural seepage"?? My math does show 2 to 4 times more oil but that's a ways off from "many thousands", is it not?

Yup, this has happened before. I suspect that PD just doesn't check if something has already been posted on a topic, as reading it and reposting it. But perhaps I am naive. And it is his site.

Just curious Phil, since you like to call people ignorant and dingbats, what heat source do you use? Do you use any heat source?
